Academia Technologica Hongkongensis (Hong Kong Research Institute of Technology) is a patriotic and pro‑Hong Kong academic institution duly registered with the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, focusing on global technological science research, academic exchange, and international scientific and technological cooperation.
The Institute is a registered organization with the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs, a member institution of the United Nations Academic Council, and an international division of the Russian Academy of Social and Basic Sciences. It is committed to building an internationalized think tank and research collaboration platform. Its "Taiping Scholars" programme has been approved by the Hong Kong Intellectual Property Department.
