Vice Chairperson of the Early Childhood Education Master’s Programme Alumni Association at The Education University of Hong Kong, former member of the first-term Care Team of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government, current volunteer and goodwill ambassador of the second-term Care Team, and President of the Hong Kong, Kowloon, and New Territories Kindergarten Education Advancement Association. Specialist in early childhood curriculum design, counselling, and the development of special educational programmes for young children; expert in early childhood education pedagogy and administrative human resources management. Former Chairperson of the Tuen Mun District Kindergarten Principals Association for three consecutive terms, and currently serving as its Honorary Advisor. In 2019, was awarded the “Director’s Commendation” by the Home Affairs Bureau of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region in recognition of contributions to community welfare.
