Director of the Advanced Network Technology Laboratory at Peking University, an expert receiving special government allowance, and a recipient of the Scientific Chinese Person of the Year Award. He was the first internationally to systematically identify the three major genetic flaws of the IP architecture, the first to propose the Cyberspace Security Trilogy Theorem Conjecture, and the earliest to apply martingale theory from stochastic processes to quantitative security analysis models for network attack resistance, achieving unified dynamic quantitative analysis.
