Jie Hua

The author is a tenured associate professor at the Shanghai International College of Intellectual Property, Tongji University. The author has published two academic monographs and over 60 sole-authored papers in Chinese and English, including articles in SSCI and CSSCI journals. The author was selected as a CNKI Highly Cited Scholar for 2024 and 2025, ranking in the top 1% in law (CNKI · China Scientific Literature Metrology and Evaluation Research Center). For 2021, 2022, and 2023, the author was also listed among the Top 100 in Academic Influence of Smart Rule of Law (as an author) by the World Artificial Intelligence Conference Rule of Law Youth Forum and CNKI · China Scientific Literature Metrology and Evaluation Research Center, and one of the author’s academic papers was included among the Top 100 (as a work) in 2021. Additionally, a policy advisory paper by the author won the first prize in the 10th National Excellent Investigation and Research Reports and Outstanding Soft-Science Research Achievements on Intellectual Property, organized by the China National Intellectual Property Administration.
